On 4/10/07, at about 10:44 p.m. officers were dispatched to a reported cold burglary attempt. The 50 year old female reporting party stated that upon returning home 10:30 p.m. she noticed a window was open and the window crank was on the ledge and felt someone had tried to enter the residence. The residence had been secured earlier in the day. After investigating the scene it was determined that there were no signs or physical evidence of burglary and the reporting party stated she did not believe anything was missing from the residence.
On 04/14/07, officers were dispatched to a reported fight on a street in the Cherry Hills Farm area. Upon officer’s arrival two of the three individuals standing in the road ran away and officers located them hiding nearby. The three males, one juvenile and two under the age of 21, stated they had attended a party in the neighborhood where alcohol was present. The juvenile was sober and left the scene. One male party was released to his mother. The third male was issued a county summons for Illegal Possession/Consumption of alcohol by a person under twenty-one years of age, and released to his mother.
