On May 9, 2008 at about 10:17 am, officers responded to the 4500 block of S. Downing St. to a reported theft from a vehicle. A woman stated that a $500 briefcase was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the residence driveway. There was no damage to the vehicle.
On May 10, 2008 at about 12:10 am, officers responded to a criminal mischief in the 4900 block of El Camino Dr. The back window of Honda Civic was broken out by a baseball sized rock found inside the back of the car. Nothing was missing from the car. The damage happened sometime between 3:00am and 11:00 am.
